Shipping costs

Orders with a value of 49.00 € or more are generally free of shipping costs within Germany. For orders under 49.00 € we charge shipping costs as listed below.

Germany: 4.99 €
Europe: 9.99 €
International: 19.99 €

In the event of a return, the shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.

Provision of digital content:
There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).
Digital content is made available to you via a link sent to you by e-mail.
This e-mail with access data for the provision of the digital content will be sent within 12 hours of the conclusion of the contract (after the time of your payment instruction if advance payment has been agreed).

Delivery periods

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered as follows.

Processing time: 1-3 days
Germany: 4-8 working days
Europe: 4-8 working days
International: 6-12 working days
(No delivery on Sundays and public holidays.)

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will do our best to send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Delivery times may vary or deviate depending on the country and stock levels. We endeavor to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee fixed delivery times.
