Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In order to process your return, please provide us with the following information within this period:
- Your order number
- Details of the claimed items
- Photo of the claimed goods
We will provide you with a return label based on this information. The fees for this service are
- 3.99 € for returns from Germany
- 6.99 € for returns from other EU countries
The fees will be deducted from your refund.
Important: Both the complaint and the dispatch of the goods must be made within the 14-day period. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.
Return procedure
1) Send the goods back to us well packaged with the return label provided.
2) The refund will be made via the payment method originally used and will be processed within 14 working days of receipt and inspection of your return.
Conditions for returns
- Condition of the goods: All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition including labels.
- Packaging: Product packaging (e.g. protective bags, shoe boxes) are part of the goods and must also be returned undamaged. Please do not use these as shipping packaging.
- Exceptions: Items such as briefs, swimsuits and bikinis cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene.
